These terms cover your use of MiraiScript. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you do not, please do not use MiraiScript.
MiraiScript is provided by TODO: legal entity name and address ("we", "us"). You can reach us at TODO: contact email.
Creating your own projects needs an account. If somebody shares a project with you, you can open it and start working straight away as a guest, without signing up first. A guest account is a real account holding your work; if you later add an email and password, it keeps the same identity and everything you have done carries over.
You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity under your account. If you lose your password, use the reset link on the sign-in page and we will email you a way back in. You must be at least 13 years old to use MiraiScript.
You keep all rights to the scripts, artwork, characters and anything else you create in MiraiScript. We claim no ownership of it.
You grant us only the narrow permission needed to run the service: to store your content, transmit it to you and to collaborators you invite, render it in the app, and produce the exports you ask for. That permission ends when you delete the content or your account.
We do not use your content to train any machine-learning model, and we do not license it to anyone. There is no generative AI in this product at all.

We may suspend or remove an account that does these things. Where it is reasonable and lawful to do so, we will tell you why first.
Paid plans are subscriptions sold through Link, part of Stripe. Stripe, through Link, is the merchant of record: it sells you the subscription, takes the payment, handles any sales tax, VAT or GST, and sends your receipts and invoices, and your purchase is also covered by Link's terms. We remain responsible for the service itself, as these terms describe. When you subscribe, you enter your card details on Stripe's secure checkout page: they go to Stripe and never touch our servers, and the charge appears on your card statement beginning with LINK.COM. Prices and current allowances are on the pricing page, in US dollars before tax; checkout adds the tax that applies where you live and may show the total in your own currency. Professional is sold billed annually or monthly, and Team is billed annually.
A subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel any time from the billing portal on your account page, where cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for and nothing more is charged; the subscription can also be managed from your Link account. We offer no refunds for partial billing periods: Starter is free and Professional opens with a 14-day free trial on either billing cycle, so you can find out whether MiraiScript fits before paying for any of it. The trial is for first-time subscribers; if you cancel before it ends, you are not charged. Because Stripe sells the subscription, you can also ask Link support for a refund, which Stripe may grant in certain cases.
If a renewal payment fails, you keep your plan through a 14-day grace period while Stripe retries the charge and reminds you. If payment still cannot be taken, the subscription ends and the account returns to the Starter plan. Nothing is deleted when that happens: work beyond Starter's allowances becomes read-only, exactly as described in section 6.
Every feature is available on every plan. What a paid plan adds is room: more projects, more people drawing on a project with you, more entries in your cast and world, and more storage.
If you stop paying for a paid plan, you keep read access to everything you have already made, and it stays exportable. You would lose only the extra room the paid plan bought: additional drawing seats, storage above the free allowance, and, if you are over the free plan's project limit, you would choose which projects stay editable. We do not hold your work hostage.
You can export documents to .docx and PDF, and storyboards to PSD and PNG, at any time.
A share link grants whoever holds it access to that project as a viewer or an editor, so share it only with people you intend to let in. You are responsible for who you invite and for what they do in your projects. You can revoke a link at any time, which also removes the people it admitted. Collaborators on a project can see each other's display names and email addresses.
We work to keep MiraiScript running, but we do not promise any particular uptime. The service may be unavailable for maintenance, upgrades or reasons outside our control, and features may change or be withdrawn as the product develops.
Keep your own backups of work that matters. Version history and exports exist to help with that, but they are not a substitute for a copy you control.
You may stop using MiraiScript at any time, and you can delete your account yourself under Account, then Your data. Deletion is scheduled 30 days out: nothing is removed in that time, and signing in cancels it. When it runs, your account and the projects you own are permanently deleted, along with their documents and artwork. A project you share can be handed to one of its collaborators as part of the request; one you do not hand off stays readable to them until then, so they can export what they need, and then goes with your account. A paid period already begun is not refunded (section 5); the subscription ends with it. If you cannot sign in, email TODO: contact email and we will carry out the deletion by hand.
We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches section 4, or if we stop offering the service. If we shut MiraiScript down, we will give reasonable notice and a window to export your work.
MiraiScript is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for lost profits, lost data or lost goodwill.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer, you keep all the statutory rights your local law gives you.
We may update these terms as the product changes. If a change materially affects you, we will update the date at the top and, where we can, tell you in the app. Continuing to use MiraiScript after a change means the updated terms apply.
These terms are governed by the laws of TODO: governing jurisdiction, and disputes will be handled by the courts of TODO: courts / venue.
