These terms cover your use of MiraiScript. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you do not, please do not use MiraiScript.
MiraiScript is provided by TODO: legal entity name and address ("we", "us"). You can reach us at TODO: contact email.
You may start using MiraiScript as a guest without signing up. A guest account is a real account holding your work; if you later add an email and password, it keeps the same identity and your work carries over.
You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity under your account. There is currently no password reset flow, so if you lose your password, contact us rather than assuming the account is unrecoverable. You must be at least 13 years old to use MiraiScript.
You keep all rights to the scripts, artwork, characters and anything else you create in MiraiScript. We claim no ownership of it.
You grant us only the narrow permission needed to run the service: to store your content, transmit it to you and to collaborators you invite, render it in the app, and produce the exports you ask for. That permission ends when you delete the content or your account.
We do not use your content to train any machine-learning model, and we do not license it to anyone. There is no generative AI in this product at all.

We may suspend or remove an account that does these things. Where it is reasonable and lawful to do so, we will tell you why first.
MiraiScript is currently free to use, and we cannot charge you. The product has no payment integration: we do not collect card details, no payment method can be added, and no charge can be taken. Any prices shown on our pricing page describe paid tiers we intend to offer, not amounts payable today.
When paid plans do launch, we will publish the billing terms (cycle, renewal, refunds and cancellation) before taking any payment, and no existing account will be charged without actively choosing to subscribe.
Some features are labelled as belonging to a paid tier and may be unavailable on the free tier in the meantime.
If you stop paying for a future paid plan, you keep full read and edit access to everything you have already made. You would lose only the paid conveniences, such as unwatermarked exports. We do not hold your work hostage.
You can export documents to .docx and PDF, and storyboards to PSD and PNG, at any time.
A share link grants whoever holds it access to that project as a viewer or an editor, so share it only with people you intend to let in. You are responsible for who you invite and for what they do in your projects. You can revoke a link at any time, which also removes the people it admitted. Collaborators on a project can see each other's display names and email addresses.
We work to keep MiraiScript running, but we do not promise any particular uptime. The service may be unavailable for maintenance, upgrades or reasons outside our control, and features may change or be withdrawn as the product develops.
Keep your own backups of work that matters. Version history and exports exist to help with that, but they are not a substitute for a copy you control.
You may stop using MiraiScript at any time. Account deletion is currently handled by us on request rather than by a button in the app: email TODO: contact email and we will delete your account and content and confirm when it is done.
We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches section 4, or if we stop offering the service. If we shut MiraiScript down, we will give reasonable notice and a window to export your work.
MiraiScript is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for lost profits, lost data or lost goodwill.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer, you keep all the statutory rights your local law gives you.
We may update these terms as the product changes. If a change materially affects you, we will update the date at the top and, where we can, tell you in the app. Continuing to use MiraiScript after a change means the updated terms apply.
These terms are governed by the laws of TODO: governing jurisdiction, and disputes will be handled by the courts of TODO: courts / venue.
